To scroll through the selected image series, select the image series by clicking on the visible image. The Tile Tool allows you to select the number of images within a series to display within a tile. The Grid Tool allows you to alter the display format by selecting the number of image series to display within the screen grid.
#Norcal imaging install#
Before you can use the Full Image Viewer, you must download and install the viewer software on a Windows-based PC. You can view images using the Full Image Viewer by changing the view-mode toggle, located on the Images Tab, from "WEB" to "FULL". The eRAD Full Viewer is a full-featured application that displays diagnostic quality DICOM images. Note: You can also launch images by clicking on the Image Viewer icon, which opens all image series in the currently selected image viewer.

To set the view-mode, click the toggle button to switch between the Web Viewer and the Full Viewer. If you click elsewhere on the image thumbnail (indicated by a yellow highlight), the image will open in either the Full Viewer or the Web Viewer, depending on the current view-mode you have set. If you click in the lower-right corner of the thumbnail, the image will open in the Quick Viewer (indicated by a green highlight). To view an image, click on any image thumbnail. (A download link is provided on the Images Tab) The Full Viewer must be downloaded and installed on your computer. The Full Viewer is a full-featured application that displays diagnostic-quality DICOM images.The Web Viewer provides a basic set of controls to view and manipulate images. The Web Viewer displays images directly in the Images Tab within your browser.The Quick Viewer displays a large, static view of the selected image.The portal provide several ways to view images: Or, view image thumbnails in list mode-seeing all images within a series in one view. View image thumbnails in carousel mode-scrolling to see images within a series. The Images Tab shows all images acquired during the patient’s exam, organized in series. Clicking on the icon will launch a new browser window to show the report or image for the selected patient’s exam.

One-Click Icons provide quick access to reports and images. Click on a patient name to go to the Patient Detail Page to see reports and images for that patient. A time stamp indicates when the data was last refreshed. Click the Refresh Icon to make sure your display results are up-to-the-minute. Click the checkboxes to select or deselect providers. Broaden or narrow results by selecting other providers. Broaden or narrow the display results by selecting exam types. Broaden or narrow the display results by clicking on common timeframes. Select a patient or finishing typing, then click the Filter Button to see results. When you begin to type a patient’s name, a quick-pick list appears displaying patients that match your input. Filtering by patient name allows you to quickly find a specific patient. Click the Add New Tab button to name and select filter settings. Create a custom tab to view patient exam results in a way that makes sense to you. A “Now Showing” sentence summarizes the current filters that control the display results. The current filters are highlighted in yellow. You can filter the display results by common attributes, such as patient name, timeframes, modality, and ordering provider. When you log into the portal, the Home Page automatically shows all your patients with completed, scheduled, and in progress exams in a 90-day timeframe.
